Unless otherwise noted, all prices on this site are rental prices not sales prices. We do occasionally sell linens, please inquire.
Rental prices listed on this site are for a 72 hour rental period, are in USD, and are subject to change without notice.
All charges are for time out whether items are used or not.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone if we feel the service will not serve the best interests of both parties.
Rental items may not be transported out of our service area without written permission.
Rental prices (rates) based on "each" charge, and intended for single event use.
Rental items can be delivered ground level to your door, garage, yard, dock, venue or business that is immediately accessible to our trucks (within 30 feet).
To preserve the neatness of items on hangers, the ability to hang delivered items is preferred. When the weather is wet, items will not be left exposed to rain.
Delivery and pickup charges are quoted on your rental invoice. Additional delivery/setup fees apply if rental items need to be moved over stairs, or uneven or unpaved terrine, need to be moved more than 30 feet from the truck, or need to be setup. Please make these arrangements in advance.
Capers can completely setup the rental items for your next event. Fees for Setup and Strike services are quoted at time of order and are in addition to delivery charges. Prices generally run around $25 per hour per person needed.
Capers Party Rental, Inc. makes timed delivery/pickup appointments at no additional charge. If we are 15 minutes either way we will call you (provided there is cell service) and let you know we are running late/early.
Final counts are required 2 weeks before the delivery date. Payment in full is required 7 days before delivery date.
For large orders (orders over $1000) or orders that require special purchases, 50% reservation deposit may be required, you will be notified at the time you place the order if this is the case.
Full payment will be required on orders placed less than 7 days from date of delivery.
Capers Party Rental accepts cash and checks. No Credit Card Processing is available at this time.
Customers whose checks are returned from the bank will be charged applicable fees and the reservation and reservation deposit will be forfeit.
We do not collect sales tax on most rental rates. Sales tax was paid when the items were purchased. However, sales tax will be collected on items for sale and services.
Please check your order upon receipt and report any damaged or missing items immediately. You will be charged for items reported damaged AFTER your event.
The contracting individual (renter), or company is responsible for the security from theft of all items from the time of delivery to the time of pickup.
Capers expects the rental items to be returned in the manner in which they were delivered minus normal wear and tear.
The customer will be charged the replacement cost for damaged or missing items.
It is not necessary for hangers to be returned, however, we will reuse them if they are in good condition—help us lessen our impact on the environment by returning hangers.
Mixing overlays and table linens in the same return bag causing ripping of delicate fabrics.
Customers may cancel orders up to 7 days prior to scheduled delivery time. Orders canceled less than 7 days prior to delivery will be charged a cancelation fee equal to the reservation deposit. Orders canceled after the items are loaded in the truck are subject to the cancelation fee and a 50% restocking fee. If items can be re-rented after a cancelation, we will try to refund as much possible after our costs are considered.
Capers allows late orders (orders made within 7 days of scheduled delivery) if the items are available and if we can handle the additional work load. Full payment is required immediately to secure the order.
